Women in e-mobility

12/06/2021

Bilfinger Tebodin keeps on development within the e-mobility market and continuously extends knowledge and experience in the entire EV battery value chain and related submarkets. Those new sectors appear as a combination of automotive and chemical industries, as they combine raw materials processing, battery modules production and final assembly lines and storage facilities.

As the market is turbulent, projects require strategic management to reduce the impact on investments. It is especially essential today, when time is money. Battery components producers are under a huge pressure to start up production, as the market demand is growing. Magda Zemanová, Automotive and Batteries market leader at Bilfinger Tebodin, specializes in electromobility. She has been into this topic for years, and was recently busy with market research and analysis in terms of the recent raise of construction materials prices.

‚I’ve recently joined The Future Battery Forum in Germany, organised by IPM AG, meeting such companies as Webasto AG, Dürr Sytems AG, Futavis GmbH, Rock Tech Lithium Inc., Johnson Matthey and others. We’ve also dived into a wide range of different battery components at the e-mobility conference in the Czech Republic, organized by Startup Disrupt. At the female leaders panel discussion, we discussed new trends in e-mobility, women in technology world and science and innovations in battery production. I was amazed to see passionate, inspiring and technically skilled women experts‘ – Magda said.
