Expansion Tebodin in the UK market

Tebodin Netherlands B.V., part of Bilfinger, has opened a branch office in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside, following the expansion of the business’ operations in the UK. The new office - Bilfinger Tebodin United Kingdom - will strongly focus on the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, energy and other industrial markets.

Ronald de Vries, Managing Director of Tebodin in the UK: ‘We already work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, closely cooperating with our Bilfinger sister companies. In the UK, Bilfinger is an established provider of industrial services with around 3,000 professionals.
The UK market is a mature market which we can approach more strategically. Bilfinger Tebodin United Kingdom enables us to maintain closer relationships with our international clients, especially those based in the UK.’

Market focus
‘We share the office building in Newton-le-Willows with other Bilfinger companies. Together we are developing a strong footprint for various types of industrial markets, based particularly on our enduring expertise in the industry. Dedicated consultancy and engineering professionals will offer a broad scope of services to our UK clients, taking a project right from the initial feasibility study up to commissioning, production and maintenance.’

The new branch office will help further expansion in the UK the next few years. De Vries: ‘Our international experience and expertise, combined with local infrastructure and knowledge will provide further growth in our target markets. We have already been very successful in acquiring new pharmaceutical and chemical projects.’
