Bilfinger Tebodin named Best Service Provider for Automotive market in Russia

Bilfinger Tebodin has received the ‘Best Service Provider’ award for its contribution to the development of the automotive industry by providing top quality service to its clients. The awarding ceremony took place on March, 13 in Moscow as part of the Russian Automotive Forum 2018.

The jury commented: ‘To provide clients with the best international solutions, Bilfinger Tebodin unites in-house experts from Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands and other countries. In 2017 all projects were executed with BIM (Business Information Modeling), creating detailed 3D design to realize higher quality, lower costs and better control. Despite the enormous in scale, all management was done on time, within the budget and expectations on quality and safety were exceeded.’

Bilfinger Tebodin carried out engineering projects for over 150 automotive plants during the last 10 years in Central and Eastern Europe. The largest projects in Russia in 2017 were the Great Wall plant of 229 ha, producing 150,000 vehicles per year in the region of Tula and the Bridgestone tire manufacturing plant in Ulyanovsk with an investment cost of 160 million euro’s.
