Bilfinger founds legal entity in Russia to expand its footprint in the local market


Bilfinger is strengthening its position in the Russian market with the establishment of the new legal entity here for one of its companies Bilfinger Tebodin Rus, LLC. The industrial services provider will thereby open the doors to a wider Bilfinger service portfolio on the local market.

Bilfinger Tebodin has been active in Russia for 25 years with branch offices of their Dutch entity in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Rostov-on-Don. The new entity with a Russian legal form has now been founded to strengthen Bilfinger’s commitment to the local market and simplify business relations with customers in Russia. Bilfinger Tebodin Rus, LLC, will continue to serve existing customers in Russia and abroad as well as build on the comprehensive industrial services portfolio of the Bilfinger Group to attract new customers.

Bilfinger Tebodin is one of Bilfinger Group specialized entities, that serves the industrial market for 75 years worldwide from its numerous locations across Europe. It has been active in the Russia for 25 years as a branch of its Dutch mother company. It has over 200 employees here – civil and process engineers, consultants and project managers. For decades, the brand has been successfully gaining a strong reputation, and was involved in the design and management of numerous industrial projects across the country and worldwide.

Since 2012, when becoming a part of the Group, Bilfinger Tebodin has broadened its activities in Russia from mainly food, agro, and industrial projects, to a focus on the petrochemical, gas processing, oil and gas sectors. Among many others, the customers in Russia include Mondi, Sanofi, Total, Lafarge, Shell, Ruetgers, Bettermann, Mars, Viessmann, Henkel and Bridgestone.
