Bilfinger Tebodin presented its cost-effective approach at the CEE Automotive Forum
We were recently present at the CEE Automotive forum 2019 in Budapest, Hungary. This event brings together all the leading players in CEE automotive industry.
Among the topics discussed was the future of automotive industry and building a competitive automotive sector in CEE. The challenges ahead for automotive companies in Europe are significant, and the trends that stood out were mobility, automated driving, digitalization and electrification as key disruptive trends that will transform the automotive industry of the future. The participants also had an opportunity to visit such leading automotive facilities in Hungary, like Bosch and Continental to see new innovations firsthand.
Bilfinger Tebodin was a part of the panel that was related to supplier’s strategies and priorities and how to stand out in a tough competitive environment. ‘Our Area Director Jaromir Kriz held a very timely presentation about lean EPCM approach as a leading trend that will help the client control CAPEX from the beginning with ‘start with the end in mind mindset’,’ shares Maja Vrcelj, Automotive Market Leader CEE.
‘The idea behind this approach is that we propose a new level of partnership with the client at the very early stage of his business idea. We work side by side with the сlient during each stage of project development to ensure that the project is delievered on time, with no extra costs and the highest quality’.
It’s a cost-driven project approach, which we make possible thanks to a unique combination of our experience, industry know-how and expert engineers.
We are proud to become a Supplier of the year 2019!
