Framework between Cargill and Bilfinger Tebodin in Russia

Bilfinger Tebodin and Cargill in Russia signed a 3-years framework agreement on consultancy and engineering services at Cargill’s production facility in Efremov town, Tula region.

This facility is Cargill’s largest production site in Europe, consisting of several plants producing vegetable oils, starch products, premixes, feed and poultry semi-finished products.
According to the framework agreement, Bilfinger Tebodin in Russia will provide various services including consultancy, design, process engineering, project management and construction management at both existing plants and projects under construction.

The local agreement between Bilfinger Tebodin and Cargill was signed in accordance with the current framework contract between Bilfinger Tebodin B.V. and Cargill B.V. – EMEA region. A long history of cooperation between both companies includes dozens of projects in various countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, such as Germany, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Russia, the UK, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Zambia. One of the large-scale projects recently completed by Bilfinger Tebodin for Cargill in Russia is the construction of an oil crush plant in Novoanninsky town, Volgograd region. Bilfinger Tebodin performed the basic and process design and executed designer supervision.
