On November 4, 2016 Tebodin’s offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk celebrated their 20th anniversary; 20 years presence in Poland. An event with clients and employees marked this milestone.
In 1996, Tebodin started in Warsaw with a project for Philip Morris - the modernization of the cigarette production plant in Krakow. Tebodin was responsible for basic and detail engineering, environmental assessment, obtaining permits, procurement assistance and construction supervision. Since then, many international clients and key players on the Polish market – in food, pharma, chemical, energy, oil&gas, and automotive sector - have been supported by Tebodin.
Country Director Valeriya Ruda explains Tebodin’s success: ’We have built long-term relationships with many of our clients, which is the main factor of our success. We strongly focus on offering the best solutions; clients can rely on our expertise. At the same time, we are flexible and open-minded to new opportunities on developments in our markets. 3D modelling, we have already standardized in many of our projects, is a must to achieve high quality, cost driven projects.’ Tebodin supports investors both for brownfield and greenfield projects. Over the last years, experience has shown the necessity to be expertized in process related projects, which can also offer opportunities to other disciplines.
The celebration event was opened by Conrado Moreno, a well-known person from Polish television. The Polish management team awarded outstanding employees whose seniority is impressive - even more than 10 years in company.
During the gala event, special attention was paid to a charity. Children of employees prepared artistic works under the title ‘my mom / dad at work’. The works were auctioned during the gala. The collected funds were transferred to the Foundation fight with cystic fibrosis.
