Job description
  • You’ll plan and coordinate all activities related to the global implementation and rollout ProArc within Bilfinger Tebodin.
  • You’re responsible for supporting the business on the ProArc platform.
  • You’ll cooperate with other Application Managers, IT representatives and technical support teams and supplier of ProArc, ensuring continued operations and improvements on the entire applications landscape.
  • Managing the process for resolving bugs/testing, implementing changes and continuous improvements of ProArc together with (lead) key users from all areas.
  • Conducting functional training, coaching and support of ProArc for (lead) key users
  • Maintaining and developing Support Center on SharePoint (ConnecTed) platform
  • Managing interfaces to / from application - Subject Matter Expert on document management.

What do you offer?

  • You have a BA / BS Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position (working in document / project control).
  • You have technical and practical knowledge of Document Management processes, systems (ProArc would be an advantage)
  • You’re experienced with change management and project management.
  • You’ve got good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across borders with multinational teams
  • You’re fluent in English (written & oral).

What does Bilfinger Tebodin offer

  • An annual contract, with the intention to follow-up with a permanent contract.
  • A monthly gross salary between €4.300,- and € 5.300,- based on a full time working week and depending on your background and experience.
  • 8% Holiday allowance, calculated over your gross annual salary.
  • A bonus scheme, partly depending on your own performance and company results. It typically varies between 4% and 8% over your gross annual salary.
  • 29 paid holidays, and 1 extra day depending on company results.
