Your new job

We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced BIM Manager to join our team. As a BIM Manager you will maintain and implement BIM standards within Tebodin Russia organization and lead BIM development with respect to global Tebodin network as key-user. Main responsibilities are as follows:

Participation in development of the corporate BIM standard and its implementation;
Participation in development of BEP (BIM Execution Plan), including BIM-7D design;
Implementation of 7D-BIM system based on inputs from designers, builders, cost estimators and operation personnel;
Control of BIM model development;
Libraries set-up and review;
Coordination of work on projects performed by a team of architects, structural engineers and MEP engineers;
Coordination of work executed by the departments, issue of assignments to the related disciplines in accordance with the established rules and standards;
Participation in global Tebodin network as a key-user with further follow-up in implementation in Tebodin Russia organization;
Development, approval with Management and further tracking/implementation of BSC (Balanced Score Card) for BIM development.

Qualifications:

A degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering;
Knowledge of BIM technology (Revit, Civil3D, Advanced Steel, etc.);
Knowledge and advanced skills in all Autodesk software;
Pro-active;
Leading skills;
Communication skills;
Self-development wish.
