Hutchinson

Four new production halls
Ruma, Serbia

Hutchinson built four new production halls on a total area of 21,000m2 in Serbia. The project was divided into three phases.
Phase 1: construction of factory one, which produces pipes to transport water within cars
Phase 2: construction of factory two, which produces fuel pipes for cars
Phase 3: construction of factories three and four, which were of the same sort as factory one and two.

Bilfinger Tebodin provided site supervision and safety coordination to ensure that the entire project was compliant to the Serbian law. In the new factories at Ruma, Hutchinson will produce water and fuel pipes for the automotive industry, and rubber hoses for application in airco systems.
