New line of cement production by dry method

CRH (Irish Cement Group) realized a new cement production line as an expansion of the Podilsky cement factory, located in Kamyanets-Podilsky. The plant, constructed in the 1970s, is one of the biggest cement plants in Ukraine. The cement production line has a daily output of 7,500 tons.

Bilfinger Tebodin was involved into the project with the following scope of work: basic and detail design, project management, technical consulting, technologies analysis and selection, observation of local legislation and client’s requirements; control of sub-contractors works; permitting services. During the construction phase, Bilfinger Tebodin has provided technical support to the construction, performing the role of author supervision, controlled sub-contractors’ work, and did the cost control and resources control.
