BIM expertise in Lviv office

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a modern way of designing in today’s fast evolving world. This application includes not only 3D models but also all project information like materials, their physical characteristics and mechanical properties.

BIM makes a project far more efficient and allows engineers to better calculate the estimated time and money required for the construction process. ‘For our clients BIM is valuable, as it gives good understandable insight in the project, saves money and helps them to bring their ideas into reality’,  says Mr. Aleksandr Nikitin, Country Director Ukraine.

Unachievable dream
A few years ago Tebodin in Ukraine decided to step into BIM standards and to execute all large engineering projects in BIM. Aleksandr Nikitin: ‘It seemed an unachievable dream, but now we are designing the automotive plant for Great Wall (200,000 m2) in BIM. We already have executed BIM for a large tire plant (80,000 m2) including detailed design and a multipurpose shopping mall (80,000 m2) in Lviv.’

Experienced BIM experts
‘Our ambition is to become a well experienced BIM expert. We are up-to-speed to share our knowledge in our network and to execute common multi-country projects in BIM. We believe that within a few years CAD 2D drawings are no longer the standard. We proved, based on our experiences so far, that it is possible to use BIM as a standard. We have set ourselves ambitious targets and are progressing fast to becoming truly expertized BIM specialists, concludes Aleksandr.
