Our offer

We offer you a two-year contract starting at €3.275, - per month and a half-yearly raise. During these two years, you will work on at least four projects in different industries we are active in: Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Energy & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals & Biopharma, Industrial, Food Beverage & Argo, Pipelines & Infrastructure and Property. Every six months you will change teams in order to familiarize yourself with different departments and to discover where your talent comes into its own best.  

We take your personal development very serious. We invest 3% of your salary into a tailor made training and education program to ensure you constant access to a wide range of courses and training material. You also receive intensive coaching from your manager via the Personal Empowerment Plan approach. This way we help you make the most of your Traineeship with us.
