In the city center of Prague Pentahotel has been renovated to bring it up to the standards. Tebodin participated as an EPCm contractor. The scope of work included conceptual design, basic design, permitting, tender design, procurement and construction management. The renovation process relates to guest rooms, the famous lobby-lounge, reception area, restaurant and conference rooms. There are also minor changes in the exterior of the building. The brand Pentahotels was launched in Europe and is currently represented by 22 hotels in Europe and Asia, with a target of 80 hotels in operation globally by 2020.
Telenor, one of the leading mobile operators in Hungary, is located in a quite new high-tech office building that symbolizes Telenor's environmental consciousness. Tebodin was involved in the development of this building and the scope of work was supervision of design, project management and construction site management.
PointPark Properties (P3)
In Bratislava, a logistic hub has been Build-To-Suit for tenant DHL Express and doubles its handling capacity. It has a fully automated parcel sorting and handling system, allowing for even more efficient services to increasing numbers of clients. The hub is right on the airside tarmac, just 500 meters from the motorways that link Slovakia with the rest of the Central and Eastern Europe region. With a team of ten experts, Tebodin elaborated the technical and environmental due diligences, as well as the planning and building permit documentation. Tebodin als defined all possible threats and risks, preparing the ground for flawless execution without any unwanted surprises. During the construction phase it stayed on as designer for the general contractor to ensure the project’s continuity.
METRO PROPERTIES, the real estate entity of METRO GROUP, extended its logistic center in Noginsk by another cross docking facility. Goods are delivered here in large trucks and transferred further by other vehicles directly to the stores. Tebodin's participation consisted of the elaboration of the tender documentation package during the preparatory stage.
Large, international operating food company H.J. Heinz concentrated its European R&D operations into an innovation center in the Netherlands. Tebodin was responsible for the architectural design, technical design (structural, electrical and HVAC), project management and construction management. In this facilty more than 100 researchers and product developers are working on technical development of new product. The building is an expression of Heinz' corporate identity. Sustainability was therefore an important factor in the design of the building.
