Oil & Gas

Projects in the oil and gas industry maintain rigorous standards for safety, quality, health and environment, while undertaking serious efforts to optimize exploration and production locations. Storage and transport is executed in such ways that the possible political situation does not affect the continuous flow of oil and gas to the global economy. In this sector we have built up a wealth of experience and know-how, providing services for many market leaders in exploration and production, transport, storage, refining and retail.

The connection of UGS Tvrdonice to the main gas transit pipeline system was un unusual project. The pipeline is only a little two km long, but its realization required agreements with more than 300 land owners, and the negotiations resulted in the singing of more than 170 easement contracts. SEIC was keen to improve the maintenance effectiveness and efficiency of its on-shore oil and gas production facilities. Together with Bilfinger Industrial Services, Tebodin was responsible for an analysis of the maintenance process and a report with the define effective improvement actions. The work started with an asset management analysis (using a spider web tool), and an in-detail check of the maintenance management system. The challenge was to define practical measures leading to the required results that actually work under local conditions.
